Product: CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Strength: 10 mg + 10 mg / 3 mL
Administration: Pre-filled pen for subcutaneous use

Each pen contains:

• 10 mg CJC-1295 (without DAC)
• 10 mg Ipamorelin

Dosage Guide

Each dose delivers approximately equal amounts of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin.

Typical Dosing

• 0.1–0.2 mL per administration
• Once to twice daily
• Due to the shorter half-life of CJC-1295 without DAC, more frequent administration is required

Administration Instructions

• For subcutaneous use only
• Inject into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm
• Rotate injection sites regularly
• Use a compatible pen and sterile needles
• Inspect the solution before use; do not use if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles
• Allow the pen to reach room temperature before injection
• After first use, store below 25–30°C for up to 28–56 days

Missed Dose

• Administer as soon as possible
• Do not administer two doses within a short interval

Frequency

• Once to twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional

Storage

Before First Use

• Refrigerate at 2–8°C
• Do not freeze

After First Use

• Store below 25–30°C
• Use within 28–56 days

Potential Side Effects

Common (≥1/100 to <1/10)

• Injection site reactions (redness, swelling, discomfort)
• Mild headache
• Transient flushing

Uncommon (≥1/1,000 to <1/100)

• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Increased appetite

Rare (≥1/10,000 to <1/1,000)

• Hypersensitivity reactions

Overdose Symptoms

• Headache
• Flushing
• Possible glucose alterations

• Supportive treatment
• Monitor metabolic parameters
