DOSING INSTRUCTIONS

Reconstitution

• 0.20ml 3x per week in 3 ml bacteriostatic (BAC) water

• Gently tip vial upside down and back to mix (do not shake)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Mots-c is usually used 1-2x per week not daily

• Common weekly dosing range 5-10mg per week

• Can be taken as 5mg once weekly (most common)

• Can be taken as 5mg twice weekly (e.g. Mon & thur) for strong metabolic effect

• Most perople start low (5mg / week ) and increase only if well tolerated

• Once-weekly injection schedule

• Rotate injection sites weekly (abdomen, thigh, upper arm)

• Store reconstituted vial in refrigerator (2-8 C)

PEPTIDE INJECTION & AFTERCARE GUIDE

Preparation

• Reconstitute vial with 2 ml bacteriostatic (BAC) water

• Gently swirl (don’t shake) until dissolved

• Store in the fridge (2-8 C) – never freeze

Injection

• Use a 1ml insulin syringe (29 – 31G)

• Clean vial top and injection site with alcohol

• Draw up your does (e.g. 0.10 – 0.30ml)

• Inject subcutaneously into the lower abdomen at a 45-90 angle

• Dispose of syringe safely

Aftercare

• Apply gently pressure, don’t rub the site

• Rotate injection area weekly

• Mild redness or tenderness in normal

• Stay hydrated and store vials correctly
